So many of us go through life feeling exhausted, stressed, unhealthy, anxious, stuck… and don’t know what to do next. 

What is Vedic Meditation?

I teach Vedic Meditation, a simple letting go technique that absolutely anyone can learn. It’s practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. Using a personal mantra in an effortless way, it causes the mind and body to naturally settle and relax, allowing you to release built up stress and fatigue.

How do I learn?

You will learn Vedic meditation in 4 sessions over 4 consecutive days. Each session will be around 1.5 hours and will take place in person. On Day 1, you will receive your individual mantra and instructions for practice. Over the following 3 days we will talk about the mechanics of meditation, how to make it an effortless part of daily life, the impact of stress on the mind and body and we also dive deeper into transformational Vedic knowledge.

You’ll leave the course a fully self-sufficient and confident meditator inspired by your new daily practice, and supported by a worldwide community of meditators and teachers.

A little more about me

My name is Cailin, I am a meditation teacher, photographer and mama to be. I have been immersing myself in meditation and conscious living over the past five years. Now as a Vedic meditation teacher, I want to share with everyone what has helped me live the life I am living today. A happier life, feeling more connected to myself, to others and everything around me. A life with less fear. A life where intuition takes me on an exciting journey into the unknown. A life that keeps getting better and better.

My story

 

If you would have asked me 6 years ago what I wanted to do in life, I wouldn’t have been able to answer you…

Meditation has changed my life and it will continue to do so.

I never considered myself to be a stressed, angry or depressed person. But I felt that there was something missing in my life. I felt lost. My mind was in the future, attempting to work it all out and so I became anxious. The stress in my mind and body translated into monthly flues, digestive problems, eczema and many other health conditions. 

One day it hit me. I didn’t want to keep going like this.

It had been a dream. Waking up on a small island in the north of Malaysia, palm trees outside my room, a nice boyfriend, two months of exciting travel ahead...but the first moment I opened my eyes, I was filled with anxiety. Day in day out, this feeling kept going. And I didn’t know what to do. I started to realise that even the most beautiful places could not make me fully happy. Even the most amazing adventures could not heal my doubts, my worries about the future, the loneliness I felt inside and the fact that I didn’t know who I really was. 

I realised that I had never spent enough time with myself, getting to know myself. My curiosity for a greater meaning in life started to grow and so I began dipping my toes in yoga, meditation and health.

When I moved from Belgium to Australia I got introduced to Vedic meditation. 

After 4 years of meditating and deepening myself into the Vedic knowledge, I feel the most connected and joyful I have ever been.

I want to share with everyone what has helped me along my journey and practices that have transformed my life. I want to share with everyone how to cultivate a happier life. A life where you feel more connected to both yourself and those around you. A life with less fear. A life where intuition takes you on an exciting journey into the unknown. A life that keeps getting better and better. This is why I became a Vedic meditation teacher.

Combining my experience in meditation and photography as well as my love of travel, adventure, nature and knowledge, I am passionate about sharing ways of living more consciously and sustainably, as well as creating the space for transformation and connection. 

When I am not teaching or meditating, you might find me cooking up a storm of healthy cookies in the kitchen, dancing my heart out at an ecstatic dance party or sitting by the ocean watching the sunset.

Pregnant, on your conceiving journey or have little kids? I also teach specific courses for pre-conception, pregnancy & postpartum.

Wether you’re preparing to conceive, trying to conceive, pregnant or in your postpartum period (which lasts as long as you would like to name it), there is a lot going on both physically, mentally as emotionally. We can easily get overwhelmed with the demands of life, forgetting to really take care of ourselves and tune in to see what we really need. Meditation is good for so many aspects when you’re going through a big transformation. We will feel calmer, more capable dealing with life, more in tune with our intuition and body, able to let go of old habits and stories, more rested, have more patience, feel more joy etc etc!
